My acting coaching is based on the tradition of Russian dramatic training, particularly the work of Nikolai Demidov and Konstantin Stanislavsky. I studied at the Moscow Art Theatre School and have spent years in rigorous pursuit of what Demidov called

"the art of living on stage" — finding pathways to undeniable truth in performance.

I hold an MA in Acting for Screen from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and have worked across film and television alongside actors including Sir Mark Rylance, Simon Pegg and Damian Lewis. That experience shaped a practical approach to camera work: how to own a self-tape, stay alive in front of the camera, and be a part of the global entertainment industry.

 

The same principles — spontaneity, presence, an unlocked voice — apply beyond the stage. I work with anyone looking to develop their charisma, public speaking and improvisation: not to perform better, but to show up more fully in whatever room you're in.​
